Booking Step-by-Step
- Contact us to check availability.
- We send you a quote via email.
- Read through our offer and send us your request that you would like to spend your holiday in Szederház.
- With your booking you accept our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
- When we receive your written booking request, we will send you the details of the payment process.
- We inform you when your payment is successfull and you will recieve our confirmation for your booking.
- We look forward to welcoming you in Szederház after 15:00 on the day of your arrival.
- Upon arrival our check-in Registration Form has to be filled out for all Guests.
- On the day of your departure we have to say goodbye latest by 10:00 (depending on the availability this may be adjusted with prior notice).
Important Notes
- We accept booking requests only in written format via email.
- Full payment is due to all bookings. Account and payment details are provided at the time of booking.
- After confirmation date modification is only possible once free of charge, depending on availability.
- Szederház is a petfriendly guesthouse, we accomodate pets free of charge. However prior notice is required if you arrive with your pet. The guesthouse does not provide food or equipment for pets, it is the Guest’ responsibility.
- Any damage caused to Szederház must be covered by the Guest.
- Szederház is a non-smoking guesthouse.
- Please help us keep Szederház comfortable and enjoyable for all Guests!
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations only in written format via email.
The below cancellation conditions apply to all bookings:
– more than 7 days before your arrival: 10% of your full rate as handling fee;
– 7 days before your arrival: 50% of your full rate;
– 48 hours before your arrival: 100% of your full rate;
– if we can re-sell the date you booked, the cancellation fee is 10% of your full rate;
– no show fee equal to 100% of your full rate.
